Mealgate LLC was founded by Executive Chef Blessing Odiase, a seasoned culinary expert with over 25 years of experience in the food industry. Chef Blessing’s journey began with a deep love for cooking as she watch her mom cook, which she turned into a professional career by honing her skills across multiple culinary disciplines. Over the years, she has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens, including managing food services at large institutions such as the Bank of America corporate headquarters NJ, where she catered to 2,500 staff daily. 

Also with Topgolf as she lead and trained new staff in the opening of new location such as in Florida and Pennsylvania. Through these experiences, Chef Blessing developed not only an exceptional ability to create a variety of high-quality meals but also a keen understanding of how to manage large-scale food services while maintaining consistency, quality, and satisfaction.
